If you have been through one, two, or more cycles without a pregnancy, whether on the NHS or privately, you already know how heavy the question “do we go again?” feels. Before you answer it, it is worth remembering something easy to lose sight of: you are not starting from zero. Every cycle you have completed carries information, about how you responded to stimulation, how many eggs matured, how embryos developed, and what happened at transfer.
Reading that information carefully, and being willing to change course because of it, is the single most useful thing a new clinic can offer you. That is where we start.

Yes, and we would rather you sent them than not. Ask your previous clinic for your treatment summary (UK clinics must provide it on request), share it with your coordinator on WhatsApp or email, and Dr. Sever will review your protocols and responses before your free consultation.
More than most people expect: the stimulation protocol and trigger timing, the fertilisation method, how embryos are cultured and selected, whether genetic screening is used, transfer technique, and luteal support. There is also an honest human factor, being monitored by the same specialist at every appointment means small course corrections happen when they should.
There is no magic number, but there is a sensible rule: something should change between cycles. If you have had two or more similar cycles with a similar result, repeating the same plan unchanged is rarely the right answer. That is when a full review, and possibly a different route such as a tandem or donor cycle, earns its place in the conversation.
Not necessarily. It depends on why your cycles are likely to have failed, which is exactly what the review is for. Where egg quality is the probable factor, we will say so and explain the donor and tandem routes. Where the picture points elsewhere, protocol, lab factors, or an untreated issue, we will tell you that instead.
Medically, many patients can begin a new cycle after one to three menstrual cycles, but the right timing is individual and depends on your treatment history and how you are feeling, emotionally as well as physically. We will advise honestly, there is no benefit to us or you in rushing a cycle you are not ready for.
Own-egg IVF packages start at €3,450, donor-egg treatment at €5,450, and all-inclusive packages with accommodation, medications, and transfers are listed openly on our costs page. Whatever route we recommend, you get a written, itemised quote before you commit, in EUR, with no hidden extras.
